29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): (a) On or about 1/17/2022 and at times prior to, subcontractor employees were exposed to slip and fall hazards while using an eight foot Werner Ladder because the employer did not ensure rain water was removed from the first floor when necessary.
