29 CFR  1926.451(g)(1)(i): Each employee on a boatswains' chair, catenary scaffold, float scaffold, needle beam scaffold, or ladder jack scaffold was not protected by a personal fall arrest system:  A) West side of building, at 2001 Pooler Parkway, Pooler, Georgia, on or about January 20, 2022, the employer exposed an employee to a fall hazard, in that fall protection was not provided to an employee was working from a ladder jack scaffold platform.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  A) Roof of building, at 2001 Pooler Parkway, Pooler, Georgia, on or about January 20, 2022, The employer exposed employees to a fall hazard in that employees were performing roofing work without the use of fall protection equipment from a height of 16 feet.
