29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): On or about 11/16/2021, at the jobsite located at 4895 SW 159th St, Davie, Florida 33331, the employer did not perform frequent and regular inspections at a worksite where an employee of a subcontractor was observed working on a roof without a means of fall protection, thus exposing him to a 15-foot fall hazard.
