29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of this section: On or about February 28, 2024, at 12973 SW 266 Terrace, Homestead, Florida, employees were exposed to 19-foot-fall hazards while installing plywood on a new residential roof construction without using a means of fall protection.
