OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employee were exposed to rotating cylinders with an emergency stop that did not function properly. (a) Prime House: On January 20, 2022 and times prior, employees perform cleaning of the coater heads in proximity to rotating parts that had an emergency stop bar zipped tied in place resulting in an impeded actuation.
