29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a- 900 Route 73 North, A500 plans, Marlton NJ: Two company workers were exposed to fall hazards when working from the elevated man lift basket of an articulated boom lift while either improperly wearing a full body harness or while wearing a full body harness that was connected to a lanyard that was connected back to the harness rather than to a designated anchor point. Condition observed on or about 01/26/22.
