Material shall be stored so that they are stable and secure against sliding or collapse: a) 444 Acorn Lane, Downingtown, PA 19335 - The employer did not ensure that the storage racks were secure as to not permit the pallet racks to move during loading and unloading activities, in that the rack system was not bolted to the floor, thereby exposing employees to struck-by and crush hazards. Employees are tasked to load and unload materials onto the storage rack. Observed on or around January 25, 2022
