29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1):Examination. Electric equipment shall be free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees. Safety of equipment shall be determined using the following considerations outlined in section b (1)(i) - (viii): Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune, NC: Boiler #5: On or about July 9, 2021, the employer did not ensure the electrical panel was fully secured against accidental access to live parts of 480/277 volts where the latch was loose and with slight effort opens door, thereby exposing employees to potential electrocution hazards.
