29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii):Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a) AUTOMOTIVE SHOP BAY 7: A 20 foot extension cord was not provided with strain relief, and the outer jacket had separated from the plug at the female end, exposing employees to electrical hazards. b) COMM SHOP: A six foot extension cord was not provided with strain relief, and the outer jacket had separated from the plug at the female end, exposing employees to electrical hazards.
