29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii):  Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge:    a)  On February 1, 2022, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling while using stairway that was not equipped with a stairrail system. 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor  did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:    a) On February 1, 2022, employees engaged in framing work were not protected from fall hazards while working at an elevation of approximately 13 feet.   No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
