29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: Worksite located at 420 SW Longview Blvd., Lee's Summit, Missouri-Employees were exposed to fall hazards while working on a roof in which the parapet wall was not high enough to protect employees from falling. The employees were not using any other means of fall protection such as a safety net system or personal fall arrest system.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(4):Each employee on walking/working surfaces shall be protected from falling through holes (including skylights) more than 6 feet (1.8 m) above lower levels, by personal fall arrest systems, covers, or guardrail systems erected around such holes: Worksite located at 420 SW Longview Blvd, Lee's Summit, Missouri- Employees working on the rooftop were exposed to fall hazards, the hole that would later be used as a roof hatch was not covered or protected by guardrails to prevent employees from falling through the open hole.
