29 CFR 1910.23(e)(3)(ii): The employer did not ensure that mobile ladder stand platforms with a platform height of 4 to 10 feet (1.2 m to 3 m) had, in the platform area, handrails with a vertical height of at least 36 inches (91 cm) and midrails. On or about February 1, 2020, the employer did not ensure the upper guardrail on the mobile ladder stand, used by employees to load product into the WeighPack Primo Combi Cannabis Machine, was at least 36 inches in height. The upper landing platform of the ladder stand was equipped with a guardrail that was only 28 inches high, and was not equipped with a mid-rail.
