On or about February 2, 2022, at the manufacturing plant, the employer exposed employees to health hazards, in that employees using hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to, industrial dry coating powder, acids and flammable gases had not being trained in the physical and health hazards associated with the chemicals they used.
