29 CFR 1926.403(b)(1): Employer did not ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: Throughout the jobsite: An electrical cord with damaged outer insulation was powered from the temporary power distribution box with multiple cords connected "daisy chained" was used as the source of power for the entire jobsite. Employees were exposed to fire and electrical hazards.
