29 CFR  1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets.  a)	New residential construction located on Lot #166 at Polar Preserve, Newnan, GA, Front side of structure:  On or about February 2, 2022, the employer exposed employees to overhead struck-by hazards, in that hard hats or other head protection was not provided to employees working directly a pump jack scaffold system.

29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying objects while using a nail gun.  a) New residential construction located on Lot #166 at Polar Preserve, Newnan, GA, Front side of structure:  On or about February 2, 2022,  the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that protective eyewear was not provided to employees while operating pneumatic nail guns at 200 PSI as the employees installed  siding.

29 CFR  1926.451(c)(2):Supported scaffold poles, legs, posts, frames,  or uprights did not bear on base plates and mud sills or other adequate firm foundation.  a) New residential construction located on Lot #166 at Polar Preserve, Newnan, GA, Front side of structure:  On or about February 2, 2022,  the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 20-feet, 6-inches to the lower level, in that the scaffold support poles were not resting on a mud sill, base plate or other adequate foundation as the supports while employees installing siding.

29 CFR  1926.451(c)(3):Supported scaffold poles, legs, posts, frames, and uprights were not plumb and braced to prevent swaying and displacement.  a) New residential construction located on Lot #166 at Polar Preserve, Newnan, GA, Front side of structure:  On or about February 2, 2022,  the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 20-feet, 6-inches to the lower level , in that pump jack system supports were not plumb and secured at the bottom, to prevent movement during use.
