Mario Gomez Palacios was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(g)(1)(vii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1576575, citation number 1, item number 4, and was affirmed as a final order on 08-26-2022, with respect to a workplace located at 68 Silver Birch Pass Lot 166, Newnan, GA 30265.
