This condition exposed employees to fire hazards.   (b)Dakota Foundry, Inc. dba Dakota Foundry at 20 Park Lane Webster, SD 57274: On or about and at times prior to February 2, 2022, the employer did not ensure employee were protected from fire hazards in that a outdoor storage tank containing isopropyl alcohol (99%) was not appropriately  grounded. This condition exposed employees to fire hazards.
