29 CFR 1926.102(a) (1): Eye and face protective equipment was not provided when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury:  a. On or about February 8, 2022, The Orchard at Mountain View Subdivision, Lot #7, Lawrenceville, GA - Employees were exposed to struck-by hazard. Employees were performing framing activities on the newly constructed residential home, with pneumatic nail guns without wearing impact resistant eye protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    a. On or about February 8, 2022, The Orchard at Mountain View Subdivision, Lot #7, Lawrenceville, GA - Employees were exposed to fall hazard. An employee was not utilizing fall protection while installing felt paper, shingles and other roofing activities while working on the roof, approximately 25 feet above ground level.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to upper landing surfaces, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladders were used to gain access:   a.  On or about February 8, 2022, The Orchard at Mountain View Subdivision, Lot #7, Lawrenceville, GA  (newly residential home) - Employee were exposed to fall hazard.  An employee was using a portable extension ladders that did not extend 3 feet above the upper landing while accessing the ladder to get to gain access to the elevated working surface (roof).
