On or about 02/07/2022, at the  New Port Richey-Firehouse job site - employees were exposed to a struck by hazard in that employees were laying brick and block  as well as using equipment such as 5 gallon bucket from a scaffold that did not have toeboards to prevent the material/equipment from falling to the levels below.
