F3 Metalworx, Inc., various powder coating areas throughout the facility, on or about February 8th, 2022 and times prior thereto: Employees were required to wear filtering face piece respirators (3M brand #8210V) during work tasks including, but not limited to, powder spray coating operations. Employees were not provided with a fit test prior to the required use of the 3M brand filtering face piece respirators. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
