These conditions were most recently observed at 4783 Summit Way, Meridian, ID 83646 on February 9, 2022 where the framing sub-contractor's employees were working on the exterior top plates and from a sheathed roof area, without personal fall protection.  The employees were exposed to fall hazards ranging from 10 feet to 19 feet to the ground below.      Biltmore Company, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1386986, citation number 2, item number 1b, and was affirmed as a final order on June 21, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 11716 Fairview Ave, Boise, ID.     Biltmore Company, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1312168, citation number 2, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on August 8, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 3030 Owyhee Park, Boise ID.     Note) Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, Biltmore Company, LLC must submit certification of corrective actions along with and documentation of specific and meaningful actions to ensure hazards are identified and corrected on their worksites.
