29 CFR  1910.151(b): Adequate first aid supplies were not readily available.  a) Mechanical Room - On or about February 9, 2022, the employer provided ophthalmic solution eyewash manufactured by Physicians Care and stored it in the first aid kit for employee emergency use, but the eyewash solution had expired on November 2019, exposing employees to aggravation of pre-existing injury and biological hazards if used.  b) Outside Room 112, Parts Storage Room - On or about February 9, 2022, the employer provided first aid and burn cream manufactured by Water-Jel Technologies and stored it in the first aid kit for employee emergency use, but the cream had expired on December 2019, exposing employees to biological hazards if used.  c) Outside Room 112, Parts Storage Room - On or about February 9, 2022, the employer provided eye wash and eye pads containing a one ounce bottle of sterile solution and stored it in the first aid kit for employee emergency use, but the solution had expired on November 2020, exposing employees to aggravation of pre-existing injury and biological hazards if used.

29 CFR  1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:   a) Hanger 1, Mechanical Room - On or about February 9, 2022, a plumbed emergency eyewash station was provided to flush eyes and body in the event of an emergency. The eyewash station was not suitable in that it was not inspected weekly and maintained in accordance with manufacturer requirements, exposing employees to biological hazards.  b) Hanger 1, Parts Storage Room - On or about February 9, 2022, employees stored and handled corrosive chemicals to include but not limited to chromium trioxide, glacial acetic acid, and nitric acid, but were not provided a suitable facility within the immediate area for quick drenching and flushing of the eyes and body in the event of an emergency, exposing employees to corrosive chemical hazards.

29 CFR  1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information specified under paragraphs (f)(6)(i) through (ii) of this section:  a) Hanger 4 - On or about February 9, 2022, employees utilized a model IT-48WC parts washer manufactured by Inland Technology, Inc. to clean flight safety parts using stoddard solvent.  The parts washer utilized was not labeled to show the stoddard solvent used (PD-680) and at least general information regarding the hazards of the solvent, exposing employees to health hazards.  b) Hanger 1, Storage Room 112 - On or about February 9, 2022, employees stored and used 5606 Aviation Hydraulic Fluid placed in secondary workplace spray bottles for application.  The spray bottles were not labeled as to their contents with a product identifier and at least general information regarding the hazards, exposing employees to harmful health hazards.  c) Hanger 1, Storage Room 112 - On or about February 9, 2022, employees utilized a model CleanMaster parts washer manufactured by Kleer-Flo to clean flight safety parts using stoddard solvent.  The parts washer utilized was not labeled to show the stoddard solvent used (PD-680) and at least general information regarding the hazards of the solvent, exposing employees to health hazards.
