29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employees working from an aerial lift:  (a) Front of the Building -An employee in a JLG aerial lift worked at a second floor window opening.  The employee did not wear a harness and lanyard and attach to the boom or basket of the lift for fall protection, exposing the employee to falling to a lower level, on or about February 8, 2022.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
