On or about February 09, 2022, on the first floor of building K-2, the electrical panel covers labeled "A" & "B" were not securely fastened in place. 29 CFR 1910.305(b)(3)(iii): Covers for pull and junction boxes used on systems rated over 600 volts, nominal, were not permanently marked HIGH VOLTAGE on the outside of the box covers nor were the markings readily visible and legible: On or about February 09, 2022, on the first floor of building K-2, electrical panel labeled "B" cover was not permanently marked HIGH VOLTAGE. This condition exposed employees to electrical shock hazards.
