29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i):The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: a) Phoenix Technologies International LLC. On or about February 14, 2022, at the address of 501 E Poe Rd. Bowling Green, OH 43402: The employer did not ensure periodic audits of the energy control procedure was completed at least annually. Employees are required to perform servicing and maintenance activities on machines including but not limited to, Bale Breaker and Ballistic Separator which require energy control procedures that have not been reviewed for deficiencies.
