29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv):Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms without being specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: On or about 2/16/2022 employees at the Burlington Spirit Shop framing project were provided a platform by the employer that was not specifically designed in accordance with the rough terrain forklift manufacturer. The platform is to be used on vehicles with outriggers only.
