The employer allowed the employees to perform framing activities at a height greater than six feet without using fall protection.  Instances of exposure include but are not limited to:  1.  One employee was exposed to falls greater than 20 feet above the next lower level while working on the top level of the structure, near the southern section.   2.  One employee was exposed to falls greater than 8 feet above the next lower level while working on the top level of the structure, near the center.   Gold Construction LLC., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1711927, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/15/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 8039 SE 5th Street, Blue Springs, MO 64014.  Gold Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.503(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1679830, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on October 18, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 7920 SE 6th Terrace, Blue Springs, Missouri.
