29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer failed to provide a clean and sanitary condition for all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces. On or about February 23 2022, employees are operating mixing units 7, 8 and 9 to produce the compound that is used to form the tires further down the process. The platforms located next to mixers number 8 and 9 had approximately 1 inch accumulation of carbon black residue.
