29 CFR 1910.146(c)(1): The employer did not evaluate the workplace to determine if any spaces were permit-required confined spaces: Employees performing servicing under the Creel Calender during start-up after wire spool change out. The employer identified the area as a confined space, however, did not to identify the space as permit required in that employees were exposed to making contact with moving product and parts.
