WAS PREVIOSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR IT'S EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1524392, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 2, ISSUED ON 09/01/2021, WITH A FINAL ORDER DATE OF 10/01/2021 WITH RESPECT TO THE WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 7006 OSYKA PROGRESS RD, MAGNOLIA, MISSISSIPPI. 29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1):All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: (a) Facility - On or about February 16, 2022 the employer did not ensure the counter in the office was free of lead which contained an accumulation of 11.58 micrograms exposing employees to an ingestion hazard.
