29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles:  Location: 8 Kingsbridge Rd., Fairfield, NJ 07004  a). Employees were exposed to struck by hazards; employees used pneumatic nail guns and portable circular saws for framing operations without the use of eye protection on or about 2/23/22.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure:   Location: 8 Kingsbridge Rd., Fairfield, NJ 07004 - 2nd level  a). Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 15-feet from an apartment building while conducting framing and carpentry activities without the use of guardrails, a personal fall arrest system, or other means of fall protection, on or about 2/23/22.
