Paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (vii) of this section establish the types of fall protection to be provided to the employees on each type of scaffold. Paragraph (g)(2) of this section addresses fall protection for scaffold erectors and dismantlers. e) Tapia Solution LLC, at the jobsite located at 3785 Mystic way lot 135, Grove City, Ohio 43123: On and/or preceding March 2, 2022, the employer did not ensure employees engaged in siding activities to a residential single-family house while working from a pump jack scaffold were protected from falls. The Alum-A-pole pump-jack scaffold system was not equipped with an effective guardrail system, thereby exposing the employees to falls greater than 12 feet.
