29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): The employer had not ensured that walking-working surfaces are maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice: On or about February 9, 2022, employees working at Dock Bay 62 in LSC East were exposed to injuries from tripping on the damaged frame of a dock plate due to a 1.25 inch protrusion and the employer did not ensure the walking-working surfaces were free of hazards.
