29 CFR 1926.502(d)(10)(i): Except as provided in paragraph (d)(10)(ii) of this section, when vertical lifelines were used, each employee was not attached to a separate lifeline: (a) On or about 03/03/2022, at 61-01 Woodhaven Blvd, Rego Park, NY Two employees were installing a sign on the edge of a Blinds to Go store approximately 20 feet above ground level and were attached to the same vertical lifeline.
