29 CFR  1910.36(d)(1):Employees were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge. A device such as a panic bar that locks only from the outside is permitted on exit discharge doors:  Location: 620 South Fulton Ave, Mount Vernon, NY 10550; Front Desk Reception Area On or about March 8, 2022  a) Employees were unable to freely exit from the front desk reception area. There were two locked doors and a chain gate and a pad lock on the outside of the door.

Employees, retrieving dough inside the dough divider hopper throat, were exposed to an amputation hazard. The Royal Caribbean Jamaican Bakery, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.212(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1340724, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/18/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 620 S. Fulton Ave. Mount Vernon, NY, 10550.
