29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using a tight-fitting facepiece respirator were not annually fit tested. a) At Seapac, Inc. , located at 4588 Cypress Business Park Drive, Mobile, AL 36619: On March 9, 2022, and times prior, the employer did not provide annual fit testing to all employees required to wear respirators. The employer required employees to wear North 7700 filtering facepiece respirators to protect against the dust the employees are packaging.
