The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated.    (a) On or about March 9, 2022, on the south side of the building, a worker was exposed to fall hazards while conducting drywall activities from an aerial lift without his lanyard attached.    (b) On or about March 9, 2022, on the north side of the building, workers were exposed to fall hazards while conducting drywall activities without a harness and lanyard attached.    Southwest TX Contractors, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1521845, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on July 26, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 5639 Rim Pass, San Antonio, TX 78257.
