29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: On 3/10/2022 and at times prior thereto, employees of Jones Tile, Inc. were performing concrete flooring work at a commercial building located at 1661 Jungermann Road, Saint Peters, Missouri. The employer did not ensure that an eyewash station for flushing of the eyes was available to employees when working with corrosive materials.
