29 CFR 1910.178(n)(4):Industrial truck driver(s) were not required to slow down and sound the horn at cross aisles and wherever vision was obstructed: On or about March 8, 2021 and at times prior, at a worksite located at 13700 NW 115th Ave FL, 33178, employees were exposed to a struck by hazard due to an employee operating a powered industrial truck with an obstructed view and failing to sound the horn when approaching a blind spot.
