29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s) (a) 1015 S. Bridgeway Place, Eagle, ID 83687: On or about March 17, 2022, the controlling employer, Steed Construction Inc, did not have an effective system in place to correct hazards to which their subcontractors were exposed. These hazards include but may not be limited to fall hazards up to 14 feet while performing siding activates while in an aerial lift. Note - Abatement certification is required for this item.

29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: Note: As of January 1, 1998, subpart M of this part (1926.502(d)) provides that body belts are not acceptable as part of a personal fall arrest system. The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated (a) 1015 S. Bridgeway Place, Eagle, ID 83687: On or about March 17, 2022, as the controlling employer, employees of subcontractors were exposed to falls of approximately 14 feet while performing siding activities while in a Skyjack SJ45T. Note - Abatement certification is required for this item.
