29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: (a) On or about 02/22/2022, and at times prior to - 165 Southwest Electronics Boulevard, Huntsville, AL 35824 in the Drill Press/Milling Area, employees were exposed to amputation hazards due to unguarded rotating parts for the following machinery: (a) Ibarmia B-50 Drill Press (b) Rockwell 20-inch drill press; (c) Clausing Drill Press Model 20; (d) Powermatic Milling Machine.
