29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iii):Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, were not rigged such that an employee could not free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m) nor contact any lower level: a) On or about March 18, 2022; an employee performing framing activities was not protected from falls due to the lenght of the rope being used. The rope used was longer than the fall distance of approximately 12 feet. Note - Abatement certification is required for this item.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) On or about March 18, 2022; employees were exposed to falls of approximately 12 feet while performing framing activities without fall protection. ECM Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1310168, citation number 1, item number 2a, and was affirmed as a final order on 05/23/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 9555 W Ringle Creek Street, Star, ID 83669. Note - Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item.
