OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that, employees were exposed to fall hazards: a) At 1513 West Beach Boulevard, Gulf Shores, Alabama: On or about March 21, 2022 and at times prior; employees working from a scissor lift while installing siding to the exterior of a structure were exposed to fall hazards of 35 feet to the ground below, in that the employer permitted employees to work from the inside and outside of the scissor lift basket while standing on a scaffold plank resting on the mid rail of the scissors lift.
