The employees were exposed to an approximate 38 foot fall to the gravel below. Steel Concepts, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 20CFR1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1236984, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on July 25, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 1300 West Overland Road, Meridian, ID 83642.
