On or about March 23, 2022, electrical disconnecting switches and switching devices were not provided with sufficient area to give access to the working space of electrical equipment.  Specifically:  a.  The switching device (circuit breaker) panel labeled "Panel C" and "MSBC, Panel 1" located on the east wall, was not provided with sufficient area for accessing the working space.  b.  The electrical disconnecting switch labeled "Trimmer 405", was not provided with sufficient area for accessing the working space.  c.  The unlabeled switching device (circuit breaker) panel, located next to Rifle Loader 108, was not provided with sufficient area for accessing the working space.
