29 CFR  1910.95(b)(1): When employees were subjected to sound exceeding those listed in Table G-16, feasible engineering controls were not utilized:   (a) Columbiana Boiler Company, LLC, at the location of 200 W. RAILROAD ST., COLUMBIANA, OH 44408: On or about May 25th, 2022, an employee working in the grinding booth was exposed to noise at 476.2% of the permissible daily dose, or an average sound level of 101.6 dBA, as measured over 455 minutes of monitoring.  This dose is equivalent to an 8-hour TWA exposure of 101.2 dBA accounting for the period of 25 minutes unmonitored.
