29 CFR  1910.303(g)(1):  Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:  Maintenance Shop:   On or about March 23, 2022,  Electrical Panels were blocked in three areas, exposing employees to electrical hazards.  Each electrical panel had signage to not block and to keep clear.        a)  A 240V electric control panel was blocked with items stored around it, to include broom, metal, and bucket.      b) A 240V electrical panel had items stored below it, included a water hose, stool and electrical source.        c) A Wash bay electrical panel had items stored in the work area such as boxes, pallet, mouse traps on plywood boards, and a battery.

Observed used/plugged into the multi outlet flexible cord was  a heat gun.  b) Back wall above Tool Cabinet:  On or about Mar 23, 2022, Yellow extension cord used for extension cord physically attached to the wall and a metal industrial storage rack using zip ties to supply power to wall mounted speaker system.
