29 CFR 1917.152(d)(1)(xvi): Oxygen cylinders were not separated from fuel gas cylinders and combustible materials by either a minimum distance of 20 feet (6.1 m) or a barrier having a fire-resistance rating of 30 minutes. a) Bay 5: On or about February 13, 2024, oxygen cylinders were stored next to propane gas cylinder exposing employee to a fire hazard.
