29 CFR  1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system.  Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system.  a) Jobsite 723 Wheatland St, Phoenixville, PA - On or about March 24, 2021, the employer did not ensure that employees engaged in roofing operations along the edges of a roof, approximately 50 feet above the ground level, were protected from falls by the use of a fall protections system.  The employer was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1477373, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 10/12/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 120 Route 73 North, Marlton, NJ 08053 .
