29 CFR 1926.501(b)(4)(i): Each employee on walking/working surfaces was not protected from falling through holes (including skylights) more than 6 feet (1.8 m) above lower levels, by personal fall arrest systems, covers, or guardrail systems erected around such holes: a) On March 17, 2025, 5540 NW 21st Terrance, Hangar #9, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, an employee was exposed to a 22-foot fall hazard when marking unprotected skylights without being protected from falls. b) On March 18, 2025, at 5540 NW 21st Terrance, Hangar #9, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, the employer exposed subcontracted employees to 22-foot fall hazards when near multiple unprotected skylights.
